Last week’s episode of ‘The Great Model Railway Challenge’ (Friday 19th October 2018) challenged the three teams – Basingstoke Bodgers, Team Steampunk and Team Tonbridge – to create a layout based upon the theme of ‘Globetrotting’. The teams set to work and created layouts featuring Santa, time travel and a harbour scene. A whole host of Branchline and Graham Farish products were used throughout the show including:

The winners of the 2018 Great Model Railway Challenge will be on the Bachmann stand at next month’s Warley National Model Railway Exhibition, NEC Birmingham, on the 24th & 25th November 2018. They will be present with the winning layout and on hand to answer any questions. Our stand will also include the Members Lounge, a dedicated area exclusively for Bachmann Collectors Club members*, live demonstrations and a selection of products on display for you to view.
