Bachmann Europe – Consumer Service Update

During these unprecedented times, we want to keep you updated about how the Coronavirus situation is affecting the service that we offer to you via our Service Department and the Bachmann Collectors Club.

Bachmann Europe takes the wellbeing of its colleagues, customers and consumers very seriously and we have already taken steps to migrate colleagues to home working in several areas of the company. As a result, we have temporarily revised the opening hours for our Service Department as follows:

Bachmann Service Department

Phone lines open Monday to Friday 0830 – 1300 GMT

Although the opening hours have been reduced, the Service Department continues to offer a full range of services including warranty and non-warranty repairs and the sale of spare parts (please note some services may take longer than usual at this time).


In addition to the Service Department, the Bachmann Collectors Club team are still here to help you with any membership matters and our dedicated Consumer Services department is on hand to assist with any general enquiries.
