Today (Wednesday 4th August 2021) we revealed our Autumn 2021 British Railway Announcements, with details of the new items from Bachmann Branchline, Graham Farish, Scenecraft, ModelMaker and EFE Rail which are set to arrive with Bachmann Stockists this Autumn.
Anticipation was high after we unveiled our all-new Bachmann Branchline Class 47 the day before, and the new Class 47s were joined by several notable new items from a number of your favourite Bachmann brands. All was revealed in a virtual presentation on YouTube, so why not take a look if you have not already done so.
A Brand New Brush from Bachmann Branchline
Following the surprise announcement of the all-new Bachmann Branchline OO scale Class 47 diesel locomotive in the run up to today, we are delighted to unveil the identities of the first models which will be arriving this Autumn. For the first time, you can choose from standard format models, SOUND FITTED or, for the connoisseur, SOUND FITTED DELUXE which feature our ground breaking new motorised fan system and realistically tinted, cab windscreen glazing.

Rolling in from Graham Farish
Several new items of rolling stock were announced for the Graham Farish N scale range, including the LMS 50ft Inspection Saloon which appears in three liveries, one of which – InterCity Swallow – appears on this model for the first time and is sure to be popular.
Iconic structures return from Scenecraft
The Scenecraft range of highly detailed, hand decorated buildings, structures and accessories sees new additions in both N and OO scale. Included in the selection are several much-requested models which return to the range such as the N scale Carriage Shed and OO scale Modern Servicing Depot, plus a new Low Relief model of Goathland Hotel – famous for its starring role as the Aidensfield Arms in the period drama Heartbeat.
EFE Rail back on the Rails
This Autumn sees new additions to the EFE Rail range in OO scale with the much-requested LSWR Adams 02 Class leading the line-up. Three models are offered, each in its own colourful livery, and these are joined by an unlikely partner in the PBA Tiger Wagon which receives new running numbers and sees two pristine and two weathered models released. All of these EFE Rail items will start arriving with stockists in mid-August so don’t delay in contacting your local stockist.
