PKSC001 Low Relief Hardened Air Shelter from Bachmann Europe

Launched as part of the MCC Winter Announcements in November 2021, this highly detailed and scaled low relief model is based on the Cold War HASs (Hardened Air Shelters) at former RAF Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire, UK, where the structures are protected scheduled monuments of national and international importance.

HASs can still be seen on active and former RAF airbases including Coningsby, Lossiemouth and Marham, Honington, Leeming and St Mawgan, Lakenheath, Wattisham, Alconbury, Bentwaters, MoD Boscombe Down, and at sites across Europe.

The Low Relief Hardened Aircraft Shelter (Item No. PKSC001) is ideal for displaying 1/72 scale aircraft and is supplied assembled and pre-painted.

The models are available now from Bachmann stockists and are priced at RRP £119.95.
