Following the success of our Practically Perfect Sale last September, we’re all set for our next event which takes place this weekend! Whether you’re a Club member finalising plans for your visit on Sunday, or you’re not yet a member but want to know a little more about the event, we’ve put together the following summary to help you make the most of your day out.

Entrance to the Sale is limited to Bachmann Collectors Club members only. In order to gain entry to the Sale, a valid Bachmann Collectors Club membership card must be shown. If you are unable to show your membership card, please visit the Club stand (accessible via the venue entrance adjacent to Quorn Station) where your details will be verified, and a wristband issued to allow access via the Sale entrance. The Club stand will also be open for non-members wishing to join the Club in order to access the Sale, or for those members needing to renew their membership.

How much is it to attend:

The event is free and no booking is required, simply turn up on the day and present your membership card to gain entry. Non-members and those whose membership has expired can also join/renew on the day and enjoy instant access to the Sale, plus the other attractions available on the day.

In order to provide a safe and pleasant environment for all Club members, numbers inside the venue may be limited at busy times and so please be prepared to queue before entering the Sale.

Free parking is available in Quorn yard.

What will be on sale:

There will be a wide selection of returned or refurbished Bachmann Branchline, Graham Farish and Bachmann Narrow Gauge models on sale, all at exceptional prices. We also have a special EFE Anniversary model available which has never previously been offered for general sale. Merchandise for sale will be grouped by scale and type to help you find what you are looking for.

All items are sold as seen, where any obvious defects are present we have tried to detail these on the packaging of individual models. Motorised models have been checked and tested by our Service Department and these include a three-month mechanical warranty.

Please note that items purchased at this event are solely for your own use and are not to be re-sold

New from the Bachmann Collectors Club:

In addition, the Bachmann Collectors Club will be launching its next Limited Edition models and these will be available to purchase on the day. We will also have the most recent Club limited edition releases available to purchase, plus a selection of other models from the Club range which will be on special offer for one day only as we celebrate 25 years of the Bachmann Collectors Club.
