Bachmann Collectors Club 2013 Members Day

The Bluebell Railway hosted 150 members of the Bachmann Collectors Club on 31st August 2013. Our special train was appropriately hauled throughout by SE & CR C Class 0-6-0 No. 592, the subject of a recent Bachmann Branchline model.
Also in operation on the day was GWR Prairie No. 5521 carrying its distinctive London Transport L150 livery. The locomotive had just been released as a Bachmann limited edition model for the London Transport Museum and was photographed by many members during the day.
The Bluebell provided members with tours of the carriage works at Horsted Keynes and the locomotive workshops at Sheffield Park, Atlantic House was also open, allowing members to view progress of the new build LB&SCR H2 class Atlantic, a OO scale model of which was announced by Bachmann earlier in the day.
