2018 sees the release of the first of our Exclusive First Edition (EFE) models to feature additional levels of detail to further enhance and refine our existing tooling. Following the release of our Midland Fox Bristol VR MkIII, the next model to be upgraded is the Bristol RE which will be available in Devon General NBC livery (E25006). We also have an addition to the range of accessories in the form of our new Bus Garage (E99660) which comes complete with a free EFE vehicle!

The Bristol RE with flat front Eastern Coach Works (ECW) bodywork has been updated with new driving mirrors and additional panel ribs on the body sides – we hope you’re as pleased with the results as we are! The vehicle featured is registration POD 825H which was one of only two Devon General REs to receive National Bus Company poppy red livery. Front blinds are set for service 374 to Exeter and the detailed printing includes fleet number 2726 and Western National legal lettering. This model (E25006), which has a RRP of £29.95, is expected to arrive in August/September 2018 and is now available to pre-order from your local Bachmann Stockist.

The eagerly awaited London Transport RT (E34112) is now on its way to Bachmann Stockists. The model depicts RT2177 registration KGU 106 allocated to Walworth garage (WL), with blinds for route 12 to Oxford Circus. RT2177 was new in 1949 and saw service at several garages in South London including Elmers End, New Cross and Walworth. Sold by L.T. in 1977, RT2177 has been preserved in very fine condition for many years and is regularly displayed at bus rallies. This model has a RRP of £34.95.
