Bachmann Collectors Club 2022 Members Day

The Bachmann Collectors Club Members Day returned after a two-year hiatus on Saturday 3rd September 2022 with a visit to the Dean Forest Railway. Members were treated to behind the scenes tours and had the opportunity to talk with the railway’s volunteers and members of the Bachmann team.

RIGHT: Each group got a tour of Lydney Junction signal box where Signalling Inspector Stephen Williams demonstrated the complexities of the Lydney lever frame.

LEFT: Class 08 Shunter No. D3937 ‘Gladys’ was available at Lydney Junction, offering driving opportunities to all attendees. The BCC sales stand was also present in the station waiting room.

RIGHT: Members enjoyed the comfort of a ride on a Class 108 DMU.
