Jackson’s Models & Railways win prestigious ‘Bachmann Retailer of the Year’ Award for 2017!
The latest retailer to win the coveted Bachmann Retailer of the Year Award is Jackson’s Models & Railways of Wigton, Cumbria and the Jackson’s team were recently presented with the shield by members of the Bachmann Europe Sales Team.
Established in 2000, Jackson’s started out as an online only retailer of diecast models. Seeing the opportunity for growth, owner Brenda Jackson opened the Model Shop based in Wigton, Cumbria in 2005. The rest, as they say, is history and over the past 18 years this family-run business has gone from strength to strength. The store provides a wonderful shopping experience for modellers of all interests – with a keen eye on customer service and a successful online store serving customers from all over the world.

A wide range of model railway products are in store with a great selection from Bachmann Branchline, Graham Farish, Woodland Scenics and Large Scale Thomas & Friends. Plastic kits from Trumpeter, Academy and Takom, and gaming products from lines such as Conflix, are also stocked. In addition, the store has a large array of diecast models including an excellent range from EFE, as well as catering for the model soldier collector with an extensive range from W. Britain. Modelling tools and accessories are available from such ranges as ModelMaker, Proses and Trumpeter, and the shop also carries a whole host of products from other model suppliers.
