Bachmann Collectors Club Members Day 2024
The Bachmann Collectors Club are pleased to announce that the 2024 Members Day will be held at the Swanage Railway in Dorset on Saturday the 7th of September.
We are now taking bookings on a strictly first come first served basis as usual. The event is open to 150 club members, so we recommend you get your booking in early (a standby list will apply if we have people drop out nearer the time).
The Timetable will be sent out in August, and will include a day rover ticket on the railway covering the full line between Swanage and Norden. A free packed lunch, plus guided tours by staff members at Swanage, Corfe and Norden will be provided. We hope to be able to offer ‘Queen Mary’ brake van rides from Swanage to the maintenance shed just along the line. Last year’s weather made for an extremely enjoyable day, so let’s hope that Dorset doesn’t let us down.
